The 9-week season begins Wednesday, September 19, 2012 with games played between 8:00PM and 10:00PM. Teams play best-of-3 matches with rally scoring to 25 points. Matches last approximately 45 minutes.

• Games played at a SOCIAL level designed for beginners and players with less than 1 year of recent experience.  Players should be rated no more than B when playing with a team.  
• No hard spikes (e.g. unsportsmanlike or excessively aggressive plays)
• All teams qualify for play-offs

• Early Registration Ends - August 31, 2012
• Play-offs – October 31 & November 7, 2012

Teams may field up to 6 players during each game, of which 2 are female. At minimum, teams must play with 2 females to avoid penalties. Teams may include as many players in their roster.  Free agent teams will consist of no more than 10 players.

The League fee includes at least 8 games; t-shirts for all paid participants; all equipment; DC Social referees and access to DCSSC parties and membership perks.
